An all-in-one platform with evolving functionality

After a couple of years of daily use, the system remains fast, is easier to use, and gets more reliable over time. The support team continues to be quick with setup and answering questions. They are always adding new and updated features smoothly, which makes managing HRIS, performance, and ATS even easier. Having all these tools and integrations in one single place saves a ton of time every day.

I like the KPI setup framework and performance review process in Revolut People. It provides convenient structuring of employee data in their profiles, significantly improving our management process. I also appreciate the ability to cascade goals from the top level to each employee within the company. The ability to track through automation and integration with our BI allows us to monitor how each specific employee progresses on their metrics. This makes work more efficient, as we can evaluate the final results and summarize for each employee at the end of the quarter.
