The platform has a modern interface and offers a comprehensive set of property management features, including accounting, rent collection, owner distributions, maintenance tracking, and reporting. It is cloud-based and has a clean, easy-to-navigate design. The team was also willing to work toward a financial resolution when we decided to terminate our contract, which I appreciated. That said, while the platform has potential, our experience was overshadowed by issues with accounting workflows, late fee processing, 1099 filing support, owner statement limitations, and the amount of manual intervention required. For our business, reliability and support were more important than the feature set itself.
