I find Rev very helpful for taking notes and making memoranda for phone calls and depositions. I like its clear summaries and that I can ask specific questions about the action items I need to take. I also like being able to ask additional questions as needed, and I find the transcription tool useful. The initial setup was very easy and simple.

The case review and body camera transcription features have been especially valuable in my practice. Reviewing discovery and watching footage can take a significant amount of time, and having a transcript makes it easier to locate specific statements and revisit key portions of an encounter. Having these tools in one place helps me work through case materials more efficiently and gives me more time to prepare for hearings, develop case strategy, and communicate with clients. An unexpected benefit has been how useful the transcripts are when I need to return to something later. Being able to find a particular exchange without rewatching the entire recording makes follow-up review much more manageable. With a busy caseload, those efficiencies add up and help me get more matters done each day.
