What I appreciate most about Rev is its ability to turn audio recordings into accurate, easy-to-reference transcripts. It saves me significant time reviewing important conversations, documenting details, and organizing information. Being able to revisit exactly what was said without repeatedly listening to recordings is incredibly valuable, especially when accuracy and documentation are essential.

I like how easy Rev is to use. I can upload a video, leave while it transcribes, and get an email when the transcript is ready to download or review. The transcripts are accurate and complete, so I hardly need to edit them, and I can use them for notes, blog posts, and keeping track of what people said and where to look. I also like being able to choose the transcript format, including whether to show names, inline names, or timestamps. Rev was easy to set up with my Google account, and downloading a transcript became simple after the first time or two.

I like that Rev helps me document everything and keep a paper trail of my meetings. It’s easy to use, very user friendly, sets up super quick, and is discreet. The AI note taker can listen in the background without me having to coach it, and the notes are very detailed and accurate, so I feel like it captures everything. Setup was very easy, even with our whole district, and it worked out really well. It’s been a lifesaver, and I use it every day.
