I had never used Results Plus before, and I like that it was pretty easy to pick up on. Specifically however, I like that there are many shortcuts to help the process of entering donations go faster and smoother. For example, quick entry forms are a great way to cut the data entry time in half! I have not used Results Plus to it's full capacity, however I know that you can sure do a lot with it! It can also be easily manipulated to hold and organize data for major fundraising events, in a way that works best for our company.

I liked the capability to do a batch of letters over having to do one letter at a time. The layout used to enter donations was more user friendly because it appeared as it did on the donor profile.
