I love that Responsive is really easy to use, with a very intuitive UI. It handles every sort of questionnaire we get, which is super helpful. I also love the self-service trust center, where customers can download whatever documents they need. I appreciate that I don't have to update things in multiple places; I just use the content library, and everything updates across the board. It's also great that Responsive is constantly coming out with new features and upgrades. The initial setup of Responsive was very easy and smooth, and I was impressed with their onboarding process. The onboarding analyst made everything very clear, and the training was great. Even setting up the integrations was easy, and our Salesforce admin noted how easy it was. All the information available from the Responsive help center was also very helpful.

I love the fact that is constantly being updated with a strong focus on AI tools and new improved features such as file import compatibility. I also love the fact that Responsive offers a learning section that is very good in terms on content. Also I have taken advantage of the June free certification. Also it has a very powerful interface with many options to filter data and find the best responses according to your criteria.

I use Responsive, formerly RFPIO, for managing RFPs and find it incredibly useful for handling multiple and complex RFPs seamlessly. I like that it's clean, clear, and simple to use, which makes the process more efficient. I also appreciate how very easy the initial setup was, and I like that it links to Salesforce, making integration seamless.
