Using Respona has been a fantastic experience. Our goal was to book as many podcast appearances and PR mentions as possible for our new company, Couch.com. Absolutelty nothing. Since leaving, I have realized they are pretty over priced compared to alternatives and their "support" left a bad taste in my mouth.
I have never seen a business behave like this and take 0 accountability.
