I like that Sarah is accurate and she helps alleviate extra tasks for our leasing department and community specialist. We had a property with about 40 calls a day that went down to 16 calls, which frees up time for other activities. The onboarding and support team is great, and they send us weekly reports that provide a synopsis of interactions. This feature is really good, along with the support on-site for residents.
