Best information for making your next move
It gives you a true OTE, and general quota attaianment information on companies that I've found to be very accurate.
Glassdoor doesn't give a true OTE or idea of how many people are hitting quota, so it has a considerable advantage over GD.

The data is crowdsourced from people that actually worked in the exact role at the company. HR is inflating stats, there is real transparent info on base pay and commission, culture, and development.

Knowing how likely you are to attain the OTE that is described to you by a recruiter or hiring manager is HUGE! I don't feel confident in considering new rolls now unless the company is on RepVue.
