What has impressed me most is how much time the Rentana team has taken to understand our business rather than putting us through a standard implementation process. We initially explored Rentana about a year and a half ago and reconnected with the team more recently to move forward. Jake was helpful throughout the sales process and made it easy for us to pick the conversation back up without feeling like we were starting completely over. I have worked closely with Trisha during both processes, and she has been exceptional. She is incredibly detail-oriented and has taken the time to tailor each training session around our portfolio, our team, and what we are actually trying to accomplish. Her guidance has been especially valuable as we work through the individual characteristics that influence the value of each unit. That level of detail can easily get lost when pricing is handled too broadly, and she has helped us build a much more thoughtful and consistent approach. The platform itself has also been straightforward to navigate during setup. It is easy to see how individual unit characteristics connect back to pricing, which makes the work feel purposeful rather than like we are simply entering data into another system.

It is very user-friendly. Love that! Calls have been very useful too.

Super easy to use. I love the control and customization over other products. Support is great and works very well with our PMS.
