It’s rare to roll out a comp tool that reps open voluntarily. Remuner is that tool. With the Salesforce integration, everything is live. Remu surfaces tips when they’re close to quota, which keeps them focused. Support has been responsive, and product updates are constant.

What I like most about Remuner is the clarity and peace of mind it brings to something as sensitive as team compensation. I especially highlight the simplicity of use, as it is intuitive and you don't need to be an expert in labor matters to understand everything. I also appreciate the real-time visibility, as you can see the impact of any change instantly, and the orderly management of variables. I like the sense of scalability and the ability to make strategic decisions with clear data, not estimates. Additionally, the initial setup was much simpler than we expected, with a quite intuitive setup, clear data loading, and good support from the team.
