Easy Onboarding with Responsive Support, but Login Friction
I use RemoFirst as an Employer of Record to get hired legally in my country of residence. I like the easy onboarding process. It was done fairly quickly without a lot of back-and-forths. I also appreciate the quick customer support, where I get to talk to an actual human on the chatbot. The initial setup was pretty easy and quick.

The UI is very simple and straightforward. It’s user-friendly, and the details are clearly visible. I also like the branding colors—they’re pleasing to the eyes.
The support team is very helpful and responds quickly. Overall, the support staff is friendly and easy to work with.
