I think Rehearsal has nailed the balance of having enough features to make their platform robust but not so many features that it gets clunky, overwhelming and ultimately not used. It is easy to throw in one more feature or expand capabilities only to find users migrating away. Rehearsal has mastered this. I can set up assignments quickly and provide coaching and feedback in minutes. Coachees can easily access and do assignments without the frustration of the platform getting in the way.
