What I like best about Reftab is how easy it makes it to track and manage our inventory for global outreach trips. It helps us stay organized and know exactly what equipment and supplies we have available and where they are going.

I love the strong visibility Reftab gives me on where our equipment is and its real-time status. The flexibility of the platform as a manager is fantastic, and it offers great value for the money with everything working well together. The asset tracking, status labels, maintenance forms, and real-time inventory reports are invaluable tools for me. The setup was exceedingly simple, which made it easy to get started and maintain the build out. Plus, the support when needed is outstanding.

I can make Reftab as granular or as streamlined as I need it to be. The automation workflows for reports and asset status updates give me more time back in my day. I can edit things as needed and really dial in on exactly what I’m looking for. The integrations for CDW and Apple Business Manager are more than helpful. I switched to Reftab from another asset program, and importing my assets was a breeze. There’s also a clone feature for assets that I use for items without serial numbers, which is especially helpful for FFE items. This is already out performing previous system. I also want to mention that the support from the staff has been excellent. Will and James have been great to work with. Pricing is competitive and it has already paid for itself.
