The platform makes attaining reference feedback streamlined and saves us from the historically cumbersome and ineffective process of reference checking. It's one of the few ways in the staffing industry that genuinely validate a candidate's strengths. The integration with Bullhorn is excellent, as recruiters can initiate assessments with a single click directly from the candidate record and results are immediately populated back into Bullhorn. We also added a custom field to the header of the candidate record to display the candidate's average reference score, which is convenient. RefAssured has greatly improved the value of our reference checks, replacing the manual calling process entirely. The user experience works extremely well for everyone involved.
