The interaction with Aaron is excellent. He clearly understands the recruitment agency world and is very effective in getting things done, listening to needs, and being reactive. The tool is easy to use, has a number of clear differentiators such as the referral technology, the socialization of job posts, the collection of testimonials, and the direct sharing of links for headhunting purposes. We are only new to using it so I am sure there are other features we have not tried yet but it is already proving its value.
