I like that HeyMilo AI helps gain momentum with candidates who have applied or are in our shortlist reach out process. It cuts out a step for us as recruiters. I appreciate that it warms up candidates that we have not gotten to yet and allows them to start the interview process off hours. It's valuable to me because then I can reach out to them the very next day or as soon as I’m back in the office to get the next steps completed.
