My favorite part of this app is that I can get multiple reports in minutes; seller report, mini property report, property report and so much more. I can get a CMA comparative market analysis within 5 minutes with great results. It's not to be compared with an appraisal but it helps give us a great close result. I can also update the property if it has outdated information and I can chose comparables from same price properties and properties of different prices in the same area

The most liked part of the application is the better integration with the web client, which many applications fail to achieve. This application has a good track record for the list of properties. Tax records can be one of the best examples for new basic users.
