Super easy platform with live reliable data. I am confident explaining where the data has come from to managers and employees. The fact it links automatically with our HRIS makes the process seamless. The job levels and diversity data are also super helpful. Our account manager is also very supportive.

Easily integrates with our HRIS so readily checks and updates our starters and leavers
Automatically puts our people into the correct job families (there were a very small number of manual amends)
