Intuitive Platform with Fast, Helpful Support
The platform is intuitive and was easy to use. The support contacts we had also were very quick to help with restructuring deals. As an account manager, we would have to change term lengths and deal totals and if I wasn’t able to do it in the platform myself, someone was always willing to help.
