SmartDollar - great benefit for our employees

SmarDollar is easy for our employees to use, and many have found it helpful in their financial planning. Our customer representative, Russ, engages regularly with us and is accessible when we have questions. He's very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable (but never pushy). I understand that Russ is moving to a new position, and while I'm happy for him, I'll miss working with him! :)

Things I like about SmartDollar include being able to check our numbers at any time, the platform’s ease of use, the coaching sessions, and the help desk support. I also appreciate the monthly topics (communication calendar), and that it’s an easy sell to our employees and students.
