Rallyware has a great support team for all of our markets. They are constantly collecting needs from the markets and helping them customize the platform to meet specific needs.

Rallyware team is doing great assistance on the learning center matters and also willing proactively provide instructions on the features that I was obviously not so familiar with.

It is now a bit more than a year that i work with Rallyware regarding our Nu Skin Learning Center and what I love the most is the Rallyware team ! They are very reactive in terms of reply and uploading the content which is very much appreciated as in Europe and Africa we had so many requests of new content/updates. They are very accomodating if something needs to be uploaded very fast as long as I am able to inform them in advance. They are always nice and helpful - they had sometimes to explain me several times how to upload, hide a task etc but they are always explaining it back and with good vibes so thank you for that. I also love the fact that we can give feedback and they will try the best to put in place what we ask for (ex: currently with change of design etc)
