What I like best about the Rakuten SixthSense Observability tool is when an endpoint feels slow, I can open its trace and see right away which service call or query is dragging. No guesswork, no manual log tracing. The implementation of the tool is quite easy.

All logs, metrics, and traces sit in one dashboard, so moving from an alert to the line of code that caused it is a single hop. The layout is clean and easy to learn. Good Customer support.

A very good SAAS monitoring & observability tool

Rakuten SixthSense Observability tool is very easy to operate, use & manage. The implementation time was very less & smooth onboarding was done by the team. Earlier we had a lot of scattered log files all over the sytem but after Rakuten SixthSense we have a single pane view of all the logs, data & metrices & the monitoring & issue resolution has become super easy.
