Friendly helpful community and developers with the fastest responses on a project like this I have ever seen.
It can monitor anything, the templates and scripting language enable it to do anything you want. I found it easier than any of the other monitoring tools I tried. This was easy to add on to.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SECTORNetXMS is the ONLY network management system worth its salt.
It does everything that I need it to do, and whole lot of other things that I want it to do - it even does that that I didn't know I needed until I had it.
When I wanted a new feature, it was provided incredibly swiftly. The developers and engineers are friendly and bend over backward to help. This is the best product that I currently use.
