There are a few things about Quality Logic that stand far and away above other quality firms: They provide their employees with all of the necessary testing hardware and software. We've had other firms that wanted to bill us not just for the time to test our software, but for new iOS and Android devices. Their employees are very well trained, and they've rotated people into our account, gratis, to train them up - so it was a win-win for all of us. Their employees are not just super-competent, but friendly, funny, and really integrated incredibly well with our team. Absolutely no communication issues with any of their employees. Truthfully I think they're all in the USA, and normally this doesn't matter to me, but communication does. But we never had any trouble communicating with anybody on the Quality Logic side.
