Very wasy to use, no unneccesary complexity that I've seen with other quality systems

Honestly, it’s the most intuitive and user-friendly QMS I’ve worked with. The UI just makes sense straight away. Everything is where you expect it to be, and you’re not wasting time trying to figure out how to navigate or complete tasks. It’s clean, responsive, and genuinely easy to use day-to-day. Training and onboarding are also really straightforward. People can get up to speed quickly without loads of effort or heavy training, which makes rollout much smoother. Support has also been solid when needed, it’s easy to get answers and keep things moving without delay. Performance-wise, it just works. There’s no lag or friction, and it actually speeds up workflows rather than slowing them down. That feeds directly into ROI you save a lot of time on admin and maintenance compared to more traditional, clunky QMS platforms. For me, the biggest strength is how simple it makes the core QMS processes. Change control is clean and easy to manage, with great visibility but none of the usual headache. Governance feels built-in rather than forced, so you’re staying compliant without it becoming a burden. Document lifecycle management is spot on e.g., creating, reviewing, approving, and version control all flow really naturally and are easy to maintain over time. There’s also a good level of smart structure/automation behind the scenes, which helps keep everything consistent without extra effort. Integrations also fit in well without overcomplicating things—they support the wider ecosystem rather than getting in the way, which helps keep everything connected without adding unnecessary complexity. Overall, it’s a really strong balance, it's robust enough to support proper quality processes, but simple enough that people actually want to use it. It turns what’s usually a heavy, complex system into something streamlined, efficient, and genuinely manageable.
