The dashboard is quite helpful. A few of the report formats keep changing, but the team is supportive and corrects those reports immediately.

From an administrator’s perspective, the platform provides flexible and easily accessible reporting capabilities that have been extremely valuable for reconciliation, audit requirements, and compliance reporting. From an employee’s perspective, I find the Qapita interface intuitive, user-friendly, and easy to navigate. The integration process was seamless, and the Qapita team was highly collaborative and supportive throughout the implementation. The pricing was competitive and represented excellent value, making it an important factor in our decision to proceed with the implementation. The onboarding experience was smooth and well managed. Our existing Excel-based records were successfully migrated to the Qapita platform, enabling easy access to individual datasets and improving overall data management. We have not yet implemented Qapita’s AI-powered features, but we look forward to exploring their capabilities as we continue to expand our use of the platform.
