Easy of use is a big win – the interface is easy for the comms team to work with, and they only had some minimal training. Implementation was a cinch — we had it set up and running no long, drawn out, integration projects. We use it every day and the stability is rock solid. There are features like tracking opens and clicks on pitches that are actually useful and can be used to centralize everything in a secure place.
