You are forced to think about and identify in as much detail as possible your target customer, and go deeper that just parameters that you would check boxes for ordinarily. This can and will change as your marketing problem evolves but without this critical initial step you are wasting your time. You must think carefully about how to represent your brand, and the products and services you are selling and the incredible expert guidance through this process alone was worth more than the investment.
