Although it has a free version, if you use it professionally to analyze your clients' websites, the paid versions are quite economical compared to other similar tools. It is easy to use and configure, and available in my language, which makes my work much easier. So far, I haven't needed to contact technical support, so I can't evaluate it, but this is also a good sign of its good performance and ease of use.
