The most important feature of any rank tracking tool is accuracy, and I have always found PRT to be spot on, even though I've no doubt Google tries to make this as difficult. My rank tracking needs are quite basic, but PRT are continually adding new features and quickly adapting to Google's SERP changes.

I like Pro Rank Tracker because it is the easiest tool I have used for SEO rank tracking. It was also very easy to implement. It provides me with a daily email report showing how my keywords are performing in terms of where they rank in Google searches. I could also get information about how they rank on Bing. I like that they offered a free plan (although with limitations, which I found a little annoying) so I was able to test out some of its features before taking the plunge and paying for it. I also find it great to use in conjuction with Keywords Anywhere. Without these two tools, I would be flying blind. It is useful to see how my keywords performance improves (or otherwise) after new blog posts are published on my website https://survivalpowersource.com. I have not had any issues yet, so have not needed any customer support. I use it daily, as I often take action once I receive the daily email report.

I like the accuracy of the tool, i like that they improve the software and i like the fact that when i had a problem, the customer support was great
