I probably like the support and the team the most. They're on Slack, and whenever we have issues or suggestions about implementations or new customer requests, they're very responsive and very helpful. They basically help us outsource all the authentication problems to them, so we don't really have to deal with it or be experts in authentication. I also appreciate the advanced login methods like SAML, SSO support for Okta, Azure, and Google, which are valuable for our enterprise customers. It would be complicated for us to build these methods ourselves, but PropelAuth handles these things for us, helping us close deals and implement faster.

My startup has pivoted multiple times since using PropelAuth and each pivot has had slightly different auth requirements that would have been a huge time sink if we went with anyone else. Other auth vendors have similar UX to Propel for simple use cases, but nobody can beat them on capabilities. We've had a bunch of auth edge cases to support over the last couple years and PropelAuth either already supported them or they would implement it within a week of reaching out. Using this service is one of the best decisions we've made.

We are very satisfied with PropelAuth. It has a well designed API and SDK, intuitive management interface, and lots of features. Support is very responsive.
