The software is clear and easy to use, it is intuitive to pick up for new staff members making it easy to onboard new staff. The chat features are helpful for staff to check their own questions prior to asking for additional assistance making workflow more streamlined. The AI feature to be able to add items from URL's is extremely efficient, sometimes picking up not the exact information so it needs to be checked but has proven to save a lot of time. Overall the performance is very good, sometimes if the internet is slightly slow you may need to input the same information twice for it to save but mostly is very fast. Connecting through to Xero has removes excel spreadsheets and an external finance team that was previously manually tracking what has been paid this has not only saved money but also human error in transferring this data.

I like how Programa streamlines everything and significantly cuts down time by about 70%, enabling us to focus more on design. I appreciate the updates with SketchUp that help us work on designs and make changes a lot quicker. The integration makes project management and client interactions seamless. I definitely like the schedules, which are very easy to use, and the client approval and review features. I also find the feature that allows exporting schedules as PDFs for client sign-offs very valuable, and the AI product clipping is really useful. It has been easy to set up, and the aesthetic of Programa also stands out.
