Their customer service team is bar none the best! Sometimes I am not sure what I am asking for so I call my customer success manager and she walks me through it and we create assistants and prompts together. They have reduced my time spent on reviewing resumes down by at least 90 percent. What we wrote uses all of our job descriptions and reviews the resume and tells me what role the candidate would be best for. It doesn’t replace my review but rather shortens it greatly!

I love how user friendly it is! I really enjoy how flexible it is across BD/Capture, proposals, and recruiting, etc. I also really love how I can make custom assistants that make my workload go from days to minutes. It is also very secure and safe for my documents. The staff is also extremely helpful and friendly all of the time. I use it all day every day when I am working. And it is so easy to integrate and implement into workflows and routines.

My favorite part about Procurement Sciences is that it goes far beyond my daily project management responsibilities.
