When considering a test Proctoring solution, Proctorio has been dependable and reliable
We use Proctorio for online automated test proctoring. The extension is easy for teachers to set up for their quizzes and flexible enough to meet their needs. The variety of options allows them to enable the features and settings they need to ensure their desired level of academic integrity. We have conducted many online tests using Proctorio, and the technical issues that students have faced have been a tiny percentage and are often quickly resolved.

Probably the best bang for your buck
Proctorio really is easy to use for both the instructor and the student. Once you get the hang of how to activate it on the course and subsequently on each quiz/exam in Canvas, the rest is really straight forward. Proctorio also offers very helpful onscreen tutorial videos placed exactly where you need them.

Good, but not flawless
Proctorio does what it is designed for, proctoring online exams. It allows for faculty members to help ensure the integrity of their online tests and quizzes. The flagging of suspicious behavior has been very helpful to our faculty.
