Their customer service is amazing! Everyone I’ve dealt with has been incredibly helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable. They always follow up to make sure you’ve been looked after and that you fully understand everything. They take the time to explain how the system works and make sure you feel comfortable using it. You can really tell they care about their customers and want to make sure you have the best experience possible. They come up with new ways of making their software user friendly and always looking and seeing what they can do to help the workload Highly recommend!

-continual enhancements based on client feedback -integration of AI agent is ongoing & beneficial -improved interface -customer support/service exceeds the norm

Premier is a cloud-based, easy-to-use system with lots of great reporting features. I also like that they listen to customer feedback and are open to improving the system based on users’ needs.
