Prefinery has been a very handy tool for running referral and waitlist campaigns without needing a developer on standby. I like that it gives me a clear structure for building viral waitlists, setting up rewards, and tracking referrals, while still allowing a lot of customization in the design and copy so it feels on-brand. The dashboard makes it easy to see how many people signed up, who referred whom, and which campaigns are actually performing, so I can tweak things quickly instead of guessing. Email automation, fraud protection, and flexible reward rules make it feel like a mature product rather than a simple widget, which is great when you’re running serious growth experiments and launches. Overall, it gives me a predictable way to turn word-of-mouth interest into measurable signups and leads, instead of relying on ad hoc spreadsheets and manual tracking.

We are using Viral Loops as well but what I like the most with Prefinery is the option to add our own CSS and JS so we can customize the page as we need.

I like the user interface, it is well thought and once you being with a campaign you are well guided through all the aspects step-by-step which makes it very user friendly. The ease of use is top-notch and the learning curve is flatter.
