Pipeline ties all the aspects of the bid package together. It allows us to get informtion to the bidders quickly and proficently. We can monitor the timelines, whos bidding and wh's not, and manage our database effectively.
Also needed to contact Chat option for help. Had NO idea Rick Dill would be the person i connected with. VERY impressive to have someone who spends time fielding customer inquiries, says a lot about how much the company cares about the level of customer service they provide.

Good bid software but could be great with some tweaking
- Categorization of my subcontractors
- Ability to inject bid information into my website
- Being able to track who views, clicks, or downloads project information
- Bid calendar that shows my bid date, subs bid date, walk throughs etc

Some of the features that I appreciate about Pipeline are: 1) It tracks the frequency that contractors respond because we often do 80% of our work with same 20% of companies. 2) Ability to sort contractors by city when selecting bidders allowing you to increase the geogrphical radius of bidders. 3) You can integrate your own database while searching for new contractors. 4) Customer support has always responded very quickly. 5) I found It more user friendly than other software.
