Another feature I quite like are the dashboards and the fact that they can be shared and viewed externally and without access to the project/product is quite important for us. Since it is a cloud based product, it is simple to set up. Overall, Practitest is a reliable and effective solution for test management.

Integrating fields from JIRA is also fairly simple and save a lot of time. In addition to this, customer support is very rapid in responding and are very transparent in which gaps are able to be taken back to the product team for development.
