I really enjoyed my time using this platform. One of its standout features is how easy it is to navigate—everything feels intuitive and well-structured, even if you're not the most tech-savvy person. Getting started was a breeze, which really highlights how simple the setup process is. I managed to create my workflows without needing any outside help. I find myself using the platform almost every day, especially for handling recurring contracts. The templates feature is a massive time-saver, and it comes packed with a ton of powerful tools—definitely a great value for the price. It integrates seamlessly with the other tools in my tech stack, so I've never had any issues with that. And on the rare occasions when I needed support, the customer service team has been quick to respond, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. All in all, it's a dependable, feature-rich solution that keeps my work organized and efficient

Good Software, But Extremely Poor Support Experience

RazorSign is actually a pretty solid software. In the past, when my account was managed by the previous account manager, everything ran smoothly and was well-coordinated. However, since the change in account managers, things have taken a turn for the worse. The current support executive, Vijay, really struggles with communication. He attempts to speak in English, but it’s often hard to grasp what he’s trying to say. It feels like he’s only using English because we do, not because he’s comfortable with it. This creates a lot of confusion and ends up wasting time. Additionally, some of our internal users would rather communicate in Hindi or clear English, but Vijay tends to mix both languages, which makes it even harder to follow. If all the information is available in the application but your support executive can’t explain it clearly, then what’s the point?
