This product is simple and easy to use. I specifically liked how the software notifies customers, letting them know about upcoming appointments. I also like how easy it is for customers to book their own appointments through the system without having to call us. Customers are able to easily add money to their account via credit card. This alleviates the process of waiting in line and scheduling/paying for an appointment in the office directly. This product has the ability to handle any membership a company offers, at an affordable price. Through this product, customers can sign up, receive confirmations, make cancellations and reschedule appointments when needed.
