I really like the intuitive and detailed interface of PowerDMARC, as it facilitates DNS configuration and hosted record management. I can perform tests, configurations, and domain validations on a single page, which significantly simplifies my work. Moreover, when I used the platform for the first time, I didn't need to read any manual, and it was incredibly easy and quick to add security records like SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, as well as MTA-STS, TLS-RPT, and DNSSEC, almost everything in five minutes.

Running IT for a non-profit organization often means making compromises. You may know the correct solution to a problem, but it can still be a struggle to get new budget items approved. PowerDMARC is one of those rare services that delivers an incredibly useful, powerful, and flexible product at a price point that feels genuinely approachable and affordable. Email security—spam and spoofing in particular—is always a challenge, but it’s especially concerning in the non-profit space, where a single successful spoofing campaign against our donors could have a severe financial impact. SPF records helped, but they were sometimes time-consuming as we worked to integrate disparate email and fundraising platforms. DMARC was a step in the right direction, but making practical use of the reporting files wasn’t feasible for us without third-party software. PowerDMARC made those headaches go away. The setup process was incredibly simple, and we were able to approach it in small steps. Some of our domains were more susceptible to spoofing attempts, and we wanted to secure those first, but in a careful way that ensured we didn’t interrupt day-to-day operations. The UI made it easy to see how DMARC changes were affecting our mail and to identify which services would be impacted, while still temporarily allowing delivery. Since using PowerDMARC and implementing their recommendations, we’ve reduced spoofing of our domain to essentially zero, with no service interruptions. Single Sign-On integration with MS365 also makes access to the service simple and secure. Compared with the other services we tested, it really was no competition.

I really like that PowerDMARC is easy to use and it works effectively. The setup process was super smooth, taking only about 15 minutes, which impressed me with its simplicity and efficiency. I've been using it for over 2 years now across 3 domains, and it's a "turn on and forget" solution for me because I know it continues to work reliably without needing constant attention.
