The best thing for us is how easy to use and easy to implement the bulk address validation is. We run a lot of direct mail offers, coupons, and seasonal menus, and earlier many of them never reached customers because of bad addresses. With PostGrid, everything gets checked and corrected before mailing, which saves us both money and frustration. The easy integration with our CRM was smooth, we didn’t need a developer to set it up. Plus, their customer support is very responsive—whenever we had questions, they walked us through step by step. It feels reliable and professional but still simple enough for our small team to handle.

PostGrid helped us fill more tables with direct mail

What I like the most is that it’s really easy to use and easy to implement for our restaurant promotions. We run seasonal offers and loyalty programs, and PostGrid makes it simple to send postcards, coupons, and invites to our regulars and new customers. The easy integration with our POS and CRM was surprisingly smooth, we didn’t need a tech person to manage it. Also, their customer support is excellent—they actually respond fast and help solve issues instead of just pointing to articles. It feels like we finally have a reliable tool to run direct mail just as easily as email campaigns.

PostGrid address verification saved us from mailing mistakes

The best thing is how easy to use and easy to implement the address verification feature is. As a certification provider, we send out a lot of certificates, and before PostGrid we were always worried about wrong or incomplete addresses. Now, the system automatically checks and corrects addresses, which saves us money and time. The easy integration with our CRM was smooth, and we didn’t need technical experts to set it up. I also appreciate the customer support, they actually take the time to explain things properly whenever we reach out, which makes the whole experience better.
