Poloniex is one of the safest and most reliable crypto-crypto exchanges founded in the USA, it requires 2-factor authentication for API use and for withdrawals, it has audit programs that block suspicious activity and most of the funds are stored cold and offline.

Interface very clean and user friendly

Poloniex was released in 2014 and has users all over the world, its interface is very clean and user friendly, it does not charge for deposits and withdrawals, it has 2-factor authentication and stores almost all backgrounds offline for security.
