Since we are ISO certified, the tool is a great help for our regular audits: everything is documented on a project-specific and job-specific basis without the project managers having to think about it. Many different types of projects with individual workflows and process steps or specifications can be easily organized and monitored. Job types, processes, text fields, user rights, etc. can be set up flexibly. Working with properties also allows for a targeted and automatic selection of suitable data records in projects and suitable partners in jobs. The web-based application is not only convenient for our company internally, but also for our customers and partners in the form of designated portals (secure file exchange, overviews, reporting). Since we started using Plunet and customized it to our needs, we have been able to reduce our project managers’ workloads, automate sub-processes, and eliminate time sinks. The constant development of the software enables continuous improvement of processes, as, for many use cases and CAT interfaces, it offers additional modules that can be purchased.
