We have hosted Tag Day for years, but PlayTours took our scavenger hunt to the next level. We were able to follow along with the leaderboard, communicate with participants easily, and received timestamped data that showed us how long it took players to complete the game. We highly recommend PlayTours and look forward to using their services again.

Customer service is amazing. They offer a free consultation and were responsive to specific questions via email. Speaking and emailing with a real person gave me the impression that they really care about the user experience.

I appreciated the "walk-through" templates, which helped me understand the many customization options. I've kept my first scavenger hunt fairly straightforward, but I am already looking forward to developing something more complicated! I also liked the "warning" messages that popped up when I did something that might not work the way I intended. The messages indicated that PlayTours really understand how people are using the product and are being proactive in helping people use it well.
