I appreciate the customer service and customization of Playground. Whenever a problem arises or I have a question, customer support is very responsive. The engineering team even made a special report function for our CACFP reporting. I value the responsiveness of the support team. Additionally, I like that the online version and app communicate effectively, creating consistency that was lacking in our previous tool, Procare.

I really like that Playground reduces paperwork since everything is electronic, which makes it easier for everyone involved. The instant messaging with staff and parents is great, and it helps parents feel more involved in their child's day by getting updates and photos throughout the day. I also find it helpful that I can easily track paperwork expiration dates and updates. The easy billing and bill payments for parents are convenient. I appreciate the quick response time from customer service when solving an issue. Plus, setting it up was very easy.

my favorite feature is the automated billing. It sends out reminders when payment is due or past due. It is one less thing i have to worry about
