We switched all four of our centers from ProCare to Playground, and we’ve really appreciated the change. We love the flexibility to charge families with different schedules, along with the “set it and forget it” approach, so we don’t have to manually push charges through each week. The CRM portion of Playground has also been amazing—it’s helping us track leads, move leads to tours, and then tours to enrollment, all in one place.

Effortless Attendance and Expense Management
I find Playground really easy to use. I particularly appreciate the easy sign-in for parents with multiple children enrolled and the ability to track vaccinations. Everything about Playground makes managing attendance, expenses, and tracking payments straightforward. I rated it a 10 and recommended it on Facebook.

Seamless Childcare Management with Responsive Support
I appreciate the customer service and customization of Playground. Whenever a problem arises or I have a question, customer support is very responsive. The engineering team even made a special report function for our CACFP reporting. I value the responsiveness of the support team. Additionally, I like that the online version and app communicate effectively, creating consistency that was lacking in our previous tool, Procare.
