You can create training campaigns, communicate new or critical information through an alert system, create surveys to gauge the efficacy of the training, and utilize the reporting tool to determine the users progress.

We struggled finding a reliable location for each departments process to live in, playbook builder provided us with a great structure that can host links, videos, as well as be edited as often as we like.
