Powerful Delivery and Engineering Metrics Made Easy!
Plandek lets us track a number of key delivery and engineering metrics through an easy to use interface.
We frequently look at sprint predictability metrics (every sprint) to help our product teams understand velocity and identify areas for improvement.
Implementing new dashboards and metrics is straight forward and integrating with the Deployment API has also been good with the excellent help from customer support.
We get regular help and insights from a dedicated customer experience manager who is fantastically knowledgeable about the product and about our processes
